When the only good option costs too much, we use AI to build another one, and give it away.
It started with one iPad app.
There was only one iPad app that let you write in the Bible with an Apple Pencil, and it wasn’t free. Our founder didn’t know Swift. He asked an AI for help anyway.
The result was Bible Tiles: free, fully offline, and no tracking. It has been downloaded more than 18,000 times, with no advertising.
That became the pattern. Find where people are stuck with one expensive option. Build a free or affordable alternative. Share it.
Free app · iPhone, iPad & Mac
Write, draw, highlight, and type notes right on the page of your Bible, with Apple Pencil or your finger. Free, fully offline, and no tracking. Includes licensed translations such as NIV and ESV.
“Freely you have received; freely give.”
Matthew 10:8
Free · Open source
A permanent home for an AI assistant: its own private computer, real memory, and skills that grow over time. Runs on your own Mac, Windows, or Linux machine, with a free iPhone and iPad app to reach it anywhere.
Human evaluation for AI
Bible Tiles and 1Helm run on donated time. Some work can’t: AI teams need thousands of real people to judge their models’ answers. Warpswarm pays people to do that work, and charges from $10 per 1,000 answers to cover it.
Philosophy
AI now lets one person build what once took a team. We use that to make useful tools free. When a project needs many people doing real work, we pay them fairly and charge only what it takes.
Bible Tiles and 1Helm are free. Donations pay for hosting and for the time to build the next one.
